Wanting to change from a co-op to a condo I made a decision to sell my co-op. That is how I had the good fortune of meeting Susan Chan, real estate salesperson with Triplemint Brokerage. Through the years I have worked with many real estate agents. Never have I had as competent an agent as Susan Chan.
The initial meeting with Susan addressed my goals, objectives, desired locations, purchase price range, and what I wished for in the new condo. She enlightened me on the current market and considerations to be addressed. This was followed up quickly by being provided with a list of possible properties I wanted to consider along with a brief description on each. After review and a discussion on each she researched in depth information relative to sales asking price, comparable properties, recent sales in the area, etc. and appointments were made for viewing the apartments. During the viewings she asked clarification and addressed on anything that was to be known about the apartment. This was followed up with her discussing with me pros and cons of purchase of the particular apartment.
With the impact of the corona virus pandemic and my having to be at times back in Hawaii Susan went above and beyond in assisting the sale of my co-op and purchase of the new condo.
